Confirming I feel vastly superior to any player who does not fly a spaceship. This feeling exponentially increases if said player uses an elf character, moves around mounting a magical animal or walks around with a cape.

I think you can do it without genetics. Bariatric Surgery is pretty advanced now. It would be like a reverse Bariatric procedure, split the intake in 2 and put a 2nd stomach in there. You'll have more trouble with the treehugers tho.
